The service summit is an internal service event held by Mercedes-Benz Sales Germany. The #SG10 not only heralded a fresh new visual concept for their image and communications design but also a totally new approach to organising the hall, zone layout, and presentation formats and digital access to them, in addition to the #SG10 branding. My work for the successful pitch consisted of concept and design for visual communications: designing the key visual, adapting it to the event design, wayfinding system and spatial design.
